Olive Pomace Oil

An olive oil for frying

Olive Pomace oil contains exclusively oils from processing the product obtained after extracting olive oil, as well as oils obtained directly from the olives. Olive Pomace oil is particularly suitable for frying due to its high smoke point and its very stable acidic composition compared to other seed oils.

Olive Pomace oil - which we could also call “olive seed oil” - is a particularly good source of vitamin E (α-tocopherols), and its neutral taste makes it suitable for use in cooking, where you it won’t overpower the flavour of the other ingredients.
