Quince tart

40 min. low difficulty Olive Oil 

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • sugar 270g
  • flour 300g
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Pantaleo Olive oil 100g
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 medium-sized quinces.


In a bowl, mix the sugar with the eggs.
Then add the oil and milk and, stirring continuously, gradually mix in the flour.
Finally incorporate the yeast.
Grease and flour a round, medium-sized baking tray and pour in the cake batter.
Peel and sliced the quinces, then arrange them on the cake, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 160°C for about 60 minutes.
