Privacy notice (pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No 196 dated 30/06/2003
(Personal Data Protection Code)
Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. shall process personal data provided by the Customer for the online purchase of Pantaleo Products (hereinafter "Products"), in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data and mainly in electronic form. The processing shall cover the operations, or the set of operations (such as, but not limited to: collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, communication, modification, selection, use, deletion, destruction), concerning the personal data provided by the Customer when filling in and sending the online Product Purchase Order.
In particular, the above-mentioned processing shall be carried out:
- for the fulfilment of any legal and/or regulatory obligations (e.g. tax and accounting obligations), reporting, internal controls;
- for the handling and implementation of any contract arising between Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. and the Customer;
- for the performance of obligations arising from and in connection with the contract, such as, but not limited to: delivery and after-sales services to customers.
With respect to the purposes referred to in points 1), 2) and 3), the provision of data, although optional, is necessary for the performance of the online shopping service, and any refusal to provide them will render it impossible for Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. to perform the aforesaid. In order to carry out processing for the purposes set out in points 1), 2) and 3), the Customer's consent is not required.
For the correct performance of the aforesaid activities, Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. sales and after-sales staff will have access to the data (as will staff from some companies belonging to the Group, which act as data processors on behalf of Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. for the purposes indicated above).
Furthermore, the data may be made available exclusively for the performance of the activities delegated to them, to suppliers of Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. that provide services connected and functional to the aforesaid purposes, such as, in particular, companies that provide IT services, including hosting services, companies that provide commercial services in favour of Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. (e.g. data entry, transport and delivery). These persons act mainly as data processors of Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A.
A list of such third parties is available at the Data Controller's premises.
Customer data will not otherwise be disclosed or shared with third parties.
The Customer's data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary for the performance of the activities referred to in points 1), 2) and 3).
The data controller is Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A., with registered and administrative office in Via Roma 341/A, Fasano, 72015, Brindisi.
In relation to the processed data, the customer has the right at any time to exercise the rights recognised by Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and, in particular, among others, to obtain a copy of the processed data, their updating, rectification or integration, their cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking for processing in violation of the law, to oppose for legitimate reasons the processing.
